build_R_matrix(psi, z_index)
Arguments
- psi
Numeric vector of observation standard deviations (all obs types).
- z_index
Integer vector of active observation indices for this timestep.
Value
Diagonal matrix [nobs, nobs] with squared SDs on the diagonal.
